In the past few days, the proposals and suggestions put forward by the deputies and committee members on Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation have attracted attention from all walks of life. For example, it will further facilitate the smooth "crossing of the river" of scientific research personnel, materials, information and other elements in the Hetao Cooperation Zone; guide the Shenzhen Park of the Hetao Cooperation Zone to introduce a "package" of policies to support scientific and technological innovation; Include the Hetao Cooperation Zone in the formulation of the negative list for cross-border data flows; Promote the unified management of "low-altitude airspace" in the Greater Bay Area to promote the take-off of low-altitude economy; Build a collaborative innovation platform for government, industry, academia, research and investment in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao; The relevant state departments may guide Hong Kong and Shenzhen in formulating the overall construction plan for the Sha Tau Kok Hong Kong-Shenzhen International Consumption Cooperation Zone. Each suggestion has a "smell of sweat" and "earthiness", which makes people's eyes shine and their hearts happy. We hope that these "golden ideas" can take root and bear "golden fruits".
This year marks the 5th anniversary of the release of the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the eighth consecutive year that the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area" has been included in the work report. In the construction of the Greater Bay Area, whether it is industrial synergy or cross-border cooperation, Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation is crucial.
Shenzhen and Hong Kong are closely related to each other, geographically connected and interdependent, and are both the central cities and core engines of the Greater Bay Area, and the cooperation between the two sides has always been at the forefront of serving the overall development of the country. The state has issued important documents such as the Hetao Plan and the Qianhai Plan to provide strategic support for Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation.
History tells people that Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation is mutually beneficial and win-win. Grasping the national strategic opportunity, absorbing the wisdom of all parties, pooling the strength of all parties, turning difficulties into fulcrums and blockages into bright spots, Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation will move to a new level.
