In order to do a good job in the planning of offshore wind power transmission lines in our city and promote the smooth grid connection of offshore wind power projects, on February 29, the Jieyang Municipal Development and Reform Bureau organized a symposium on the planning and preparation of offshore wind power transmission lines. The meeting was presided over by Zheng Yingjin, deputy director of the Municipal Development and Reform Bureau, and the relevant responsible comrades of the People's Development and Planning Institute of Huilai County, the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources, the Jieyang Power Supply Bureau, the Development and Reform Bureau of Huilai County, the Lingang Industrial Park, the Power Supply Bureau of Huilai County and the Consulting and Planning Institute of Guangdong Electric Power Design and Research Institute of China Energy Construction Group attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute reported on the relevant situation of the city's offshore wind power output planning, introduced the development situation of the province's power supply, the current offshore wind power site planning and the city's offshore wind power and onshore thermal power preliminarily plan to adopt the "wind and fire bundling" transmission mode, and put forward suggestions for the next step.
In view of the current preliminary transmission plan, the relevant departments put forward relevant opinions and suggestions in combination with their own functions, and expressed their active cooperation with the electric power design institute to do a good job in planning and preparation.
Finally, Deputy Director Zheng Yingjin asked the Electric Power Design Institute to fully consider several aspects when preparing the transmission line plan: first, the width of the landing point; Second, the planning and construction of the centralized control center should be intensively used for land, and it is recommended to plan and build a three-dimensional centralized control center; Third, the commissioning time of offshore wind power projects should be comprehensively considered in combination with the actual situation, reasonably planned, and attention should be paid to the timing arrangement; Fourth, the transition plan should avoid reducing the proportion of "wind curtailment" as much as possible, and offshore wind power distribution and storage projects can be considered for consumption; Fifth, the transmission lines of the total planned capacity of offshore wind power in our city should be planned in stages; Sixth, the booster station should be well connected with the layout of the onshore transmission line. At the same time, it is emphasized that all relevant departments in all localities will fully support and cooperate with the preparation of the Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute, and make concerted efforts to complete the preparation of the transmission line plan as soon as possible, so as to provide important support for the construction of offshore wind power projects in our city.
