After the conclusion of the first session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, I conscientiously studied and implemented the spirit of the congress, practiced the concept of optimizing the development environment for private enterprises in judicial practice, broke down the institutional obstacles that restrict private enterprises from participating in market competition fairly, safeguarded the property rights of private enterprises and the rights and interests of entrepreneurs in accordance with the law, encouraged and supported the development and growth of the private economy and private enterprises, and boosted market expectations and confidence.

As the chairman of the Nanning Municipal Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association, I have continuously strengthened my own construction and improved my ability to grasp politics, participate in and discuss politics, organize and lead, cooperate and work together, and solve problems.

At the same time, strengthen the ideological and political guidance of the entrepreneur members of the Democratic National Construction Association. I lead the entrepreneur members of the China Democratic National Construction Association to actively play the important role of private enterprises in stabilizing employment and promoting income growth; Guide private entrepreneurs to practice the new development concept, deeply grasp the shortcomings and challenges of the development of the private economy, change the development mode, adjust the industrial structure, transform the growth momentum, stick to the main business, strengthen the industry, and consciously take the path of high-quality development. Strengthen independent innovation and play a greater role in promoting scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Stimulate the vitality of private capital investment, encourage and attract more private capital to participate in the construction of major national projects and key industrial chain projects, and make greater contributions to building a new development pattern and promoting high-quality development.
During the first session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), I submitted 3 proposals, participated in 3 joint proposals, and submitted 4 pieces of public opinion information, making suggestions and suggestions on the revision of the tax system for enterprise bankruptcy and reorganization, cracking down on fraud and crimes related to the pension field, and effectively solving the difficulties in implementation. After the meeting, I actively did a good job in writing social conditions and public opinion information, personally submitted 1 article, participated in 23 articles, and 18 of them were adopted.
This year, I will focus on the details of local economic development and trial work, and make suggestions and suggestions on the construction of the Nanning (Shenzhen) ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone, juvenile trial work, the refinement of the acceptance fee standard for contract dispute cases, and the application of the whole process of corporate compliance criminal litigation.
