On March 4, a reporter from Chuncheng Evening News-Kaiping News learned from the Yunnan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security that in order to fully implement the unemployment insurance policy of benefiting enterprises, the acceptance period of the one-time job expansion subsidy in 2023 will be extended to March 31, 2024. The application conditions, scope of enjoyment, and payment standards will continue to be implemented in accordance with the notice of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, and the Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance on the continuation of the implementation of the one-time job expansion subsidy policy (Yunren Shefa No. 35, 2023).
Eligible enterprises that have not yet applied for a one-time job expansion subsidy are requested to apply for it at the unemployment insurance agency in the place where the unemployment insurance is insured as soon as possible before March 31, 2024.
Subsidy conditions:During the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, the enterprise shall recruit 2023 ordinary college graduates, ordinary college graduates who have not been employed within two years of leaving school, and registered unemployed young people aged 16-24, and sign labor contracts to pay unemployment, work-related injury and employee pension insurance premiums for them for more than 1 month.Chuncheng Evening News-Kaiping News reporter Luo Zongwei.Subsidy Standards:The enterprise will receive a subsidy of 1,500 yuan for each person recruited.
The same eligible college graduate or registered unemployed youth status can only be used by one enterprise to enjoy the subsidy once. Those who have already enjoyed a one-time employment subsidy will no longer enjoy a one-time subsidy for job expansion.
Claim Process:Eligible enterprises shall submit a written application to the unemployment insurance agency in the place where the unemployment insurance is enrolled, and provide the roster of recruited personnel, ID cards, graduation certificates, labor contracts and other relevant supporting materials. The list of enterprises that meet the conditions for issuance shall be publicized on the local human resources and social security portal** for 5 working days, and the list of enterprises that meet the conditions shall be issued to the corporate account of the enterprise without objection after the publicity.
