After the start of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the contradictions between Russia and Western countries have been completely exposed. In order to achieve a comprehensive attack on Russia, Western countries have imposed comprehensive economic sanctions on Russia and severed its economic and trade relations with Europe and the United States. On the political front, the international isolation of Ukraine has forced countries to choose to take sides against Russia, making it difficult for Russia to gain a foothold on the world stage. On the military side, it continues to increase support for the Russian army as a way to weaken its military strength on the front line. And just now, in order to save face, the two have completely torn their faces.
A few days ago, the Danish police announced to the outside world that Denmark had officially suspended the investigation of the "Nord Stream" pipeline after determining that it was man-made destruction. Russian spokesman Dmitry Peskov expressed strong indignation at Denmark's move: it said it was "almost absurd" for Denmark to stop the investigation, which involved Denmark's closest allies.
To be honest, I'm not surprised at all. Russia has not been involved in the Nord Stream incident. It can be seen from this that the real culprit is hidden in the Western countries, and the influence is very large, and there is no progress now, which is exactly in line with the wishes of the Western countries. Through this incident, we can see two problems. First, there is little room for a maneuver in the conflict between Russia and the West. Since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war, Russia has wanted to sow discord between the United States and Europe so that it can better help Russia. The Nord Stream pipeline is a good breakthrough, because the pipeline has a direct impact on Europe. However, judging from the current situation, even if the losses are heavy, the refusal to find out the culprit is enough to prove the weakness of the EU. Moreover, Ukraine has also signed defense treaties with Germany and France, which is obviously a sign that they do not want to deal with this matter in a peaceful way, so the conflict between the two countries is likely to be de-escalated.
Second, the hypocrisy of the West is appalling. In fact, this time the "Nord Stream" accident is a classic example of allowing the Western world to play its part in this war. And those Western **, who are good at revealing the "truth" of other countries, have remained silent on this matter, and now they have made the decision to suspend the investigation in order to cover up their damage to the world's public infrastructure, which is undoubtedly their hypocrite to the fullest. From our standpoint, we can see that in the South China Sea and the Taiwan Strait, in the name of freedom of navigation, China's sovereignty has been seriously harmed. In the name of so-called "democracy," engaging in the best of China's internal affairs is really an extreme hypocrisy, which deserves our serious identification and vigilance.
In short, with the continuous provocations of Russia, the holiness they once built up gradually lost its effect. Strategically, as what little face remains between Russia and the West is shattered, the chances of more conflict between the two countries will rise dramatically, and the international situation will be even more severe in the future.
