Method:1Cut the dried tofu into cubes and slice the pork.
2.Heat the pan with cold oil and stir-fry the green onions, ginger and garlic.
3.Add the pork and stir-fry until browned.
4.Add the dried tofu, add light soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, and continue to stir well.
