According to the data, more than 30% of the owners and passengers on the Hello Hitch platform are women. Through the innovation of high-speed toll products, it is estimated that tens of thousands of car and passenger consultation disagreements on the platform will be reduced throughout the year, and the user complaint and help rate will be reduced by about 25%.
So far, more than 20 million car owners and passengers have provided Haro with authorization such as audio recordings during their trips. Due to the enhanced data collection capabilities, the annual data of Hello Hitch shows that its ability to judge liability and accuracy have improved by about 30%.
In order to further reduce unsafe driving and traffic accidents during the trip, Hello Hitch continues to intervene with technology to improve the safety level of the trip. According to the data, in terms of platform access review, abnormal trajectory identification, emergency response and disposal, Hello's annual investment has exceeded 500 million yuan.
