With the official implementation of the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Quality and Safety of Edible Agricultural Products Market" yesterday (December 1), the "fresh lamp" that confuses people's eyes was officially taken off the shelves. However, the "Measures" do not specifically mention the color temperature range of lighting facilities, color rendering index and other indicators, nor do they simultaneously publish the "national standard for lighting test reports". Due to the lack of specific lamp evaluation indicators, what kind of lamps to buy to replace has become a difficult problem in front of the management of merchants and vegetable markets.
Early in the morning, the reporter saw in the Changhua Road vegetable market in Jing'an District that a fresh area was lit with more than a dozen different lights. Most of these various lamps and lanterns are purchased by the stall owners themselves, and they have no idea whether they are in compliance with the rules.
In order to help stall owners solve the problem of "buying lights", some vegetable farms decided to purchase them in a unified manner. The non-staple food company purchased a batch of lamps and lanterns for its 18 standardized wet markets. However, these incandescent lamps were "complained" by operators and consumers.
Today (December 2), the market set up a pilot booth and installed two 40-watt solar lights. It does not change the true color, nor does it appear cold white. The staff took the same piece of meat and tested it under two lights on the spot to listen to the opinions of consumers.
Can this kind of lamp be used? The vegetable farm said that it will invite the market supervision department and the district commerce committee to conduct a door-to-door evaluation next Monday, and then make a decision.
Although a light in the vegetable market is small, it is related to the people's hearts and livelihoods. It leads the vegetable sellers who run a small business on the one hand, and the consumers who come to buy vegetables and meat every day. The new regulations are coming, compared with one-size-fits-all, lighting is not red and white, how to do the landing work in a practical and detailed way, many vegetable markets in Shanghai have been exploring more service-oriented operation plans, in more thoughtful, meticulous and warm suggestions and guidance, to find a balance point that all parties are happy about, so that good policies can truly benefit the people. I believe that this lamp is not only conducive to returning the ingredients to their original colors, but also illuminates the subtleties of the city's fine management.
