e.After turning off the heat, let the hairy crabs stand in the steamer for 5 minutes, which will better preserve the deliciousness of the crab meat.
Serve: Take out the hairy crab and put it on a plate. It can be served with some shredded ginger and vinegar as a seasoning.
Tips and advice
When steaming hairy crabs, be sure to ensure that there is enough water in the pot and avoid drying the pot.
The steaming time should not be too long, otherwise the crab meat will become old.
