Zhang Guixuan, male, born in March 1956, Han nationality, member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, undergraduate culture, originally from Changge City, Henan Province, is currently the president of the Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, a researcher of the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, the vice president of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, a standing member of the Chinese Art Society, and the honorary president of the China National Academy of Painting and Calligraphy. He is a visiting professor, the lifelong honorary chairman of the China Contemporary Art Association, a national first-class calligrapher and painter awarded by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a special member, and a chief artist of the World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, and was listed as a dictionary of the world's outstanding experts and talents in 2001.

He has been invited to participate in calligraphy and painting competitions at home and abroad, and has collected many works in the Great Hall of the People, Jingxi Hotel, and Huaxia Dragon College, and has been exhibited in Togo, Spain, Italy, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, France and other parts of the world. In particular, the "Hyaklong Scroll and Hyamofuku Scroll" are loved and highly praised by the world. Therefore, he was awarded the Master of Chinese Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting, the Special Prize for Poetry Creation, the Master of Chinese Studies, a well-known patriotic artist, an internationally renowned artist, and in 2013, he won the "First Chinese Inheritance Culture Outstanding Meritorious Service Award", the highest achievement award and gold medal for Chinese red art creation, and was shortlisted for the "United Nations International British Award" in the United Nations International Touring Exhibition.
