Sichuan News, December 22 (Tang Qian) In order to promote the joint development of cultural and tourism resources in the Fujiang River Basin, the common development of the cultural and tourism industry, the common cultivation of cultural and tourism brands, and serve the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle, on December 21, the cultural and tourism departments of Aba Prefecture, Mianyang City, Deyang City, Guangyuan City, Suining City, Nanchong City and Tongnan District, Tongliang District, Hechuan District and Beibei District of Chongqing Municipality held a working meeting of the Fujiang River Basin Cultural Tourism Development Alliance in Mianyang.

The meeting deliberated and approved the "Fujiang River Basin Cultural Tourism Development Alliance Charter" and "List of Key Cooperation Matters", voted to approve the list of alliance organizations, and the alliance member units signed the "Fujiang River Basin Cultural Tourism Cooperation Framework Agreement", released the results of the alliance work conference, and more than 90 people from the heads of cultural and tourism departments in Sichuan and Chongqing, key cultural and tourism enterprises and news representatives witnessed the establishment of the Fujiang River Basin Cultural Tourism Development Alliance.
The Fujiang River originates from the main peak of Minshan Mountain, Xuebaoding, and meanders in the land of Bashu. Under the moistening of the Fujiang River, the mountains and rivers in the basin are connected and the humanities are close to each other, which naturally has the foundation for strengthening the coordinated development of cultural tourism. In the upper reaches of the Fujiang River, there are reckless snow ridges and clear springs, and in the lower reaches there are fertile fields and rippling blue waves, giving birth to rich and magnificent natural landscapes, accumulating a thick and beautiful human history, and planting a solid and unique soil for development. The mountains and rivers represented by Xuebaoding, the biological landscape represented by the giant panda, and the history and culture represented by Li Bai provide favorable conditions for the coordinated development of cultural tourism in the Fujiang River Basin.
Since the beginning of this year, the ten places have actively explored effective ways to further strengthen regional cultural and tourism coordination, and reached an important consensus on raising the banner of the Fujiang River, gathering the strength of the river basin, taking advantage of the east wind of cooperation, building a regional center, and adding color to the Bashu cultural tourism corridor with the light of the river basin. The successful holding of the inauguration ceremony of the Fujiang River Basin Cultural Tourism Development Alliance marks that the coordinated development of cultural tourism in the Fujiang River Basin has risen to a new height, and is of great significance for the members of the alliance to deepen regional coordination and jointly promote the prosperity of cultural tourism.
After the establishment of the Fujiang River Basin Cultural Tourism Development Alliance, in line with the concept of "innovation leading, win-win cooperation", it will jointly promote the research on regional coordinated development, the construction of key cultural and tourism projects, the co-construction and sharing of public service facilities, the mutual promotion and mutual delivery of cultural and tourism consumption sources, the mutual recognition of preferential policies for cultural and tourism consumption, and the joint training of cultural and tourism talents. The coordinated development pattern will contribute to the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle and the Bashu Cultural Tourism Corridor.
The participants unanimously said that with the joint efforts of the ten participating places in Sichuan and Chongqing, with the formulation and implementation of a series of important measures, the Fujiang River Basin Cultural Tourism Development Alliance will become an important platform for strengthening regional cooperation and promoting the high-quality development of cultural tourism, and the cultural tourism of the Fujiang River Basin will usher in a better tomorrow of prosperity and development.
