Foods that are good for the body

Shredded cabbage.
Ingredients: cabbage, garlic, dried chilies, Sichuan peppercorns.

Shanghai green stir-fried shiitake mushrooms.
Ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, Shanghai greens, garlic.
Method: Slice the shiitake mushrooms, wash the green petals, and mince the garlic. Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, stir-fry the minced garlic, add the mushrooms and stir-fry until they are broken. Add the Shanghai green and continue to stir-fry, finally add an appropriate amount of salt and oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.
Stir-fried fungus with yams.
Ingredients: Yam, fungus, green and red peppers.
Method: Slice the yam, soak the fungus and cut it into small pieces, and cut the green and red peppers into pieces. Boil a pot of water, blanch the yam and fungus, remove and drain. Heat the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil, add the yam and fungus and stir-fry, add seasonings and stir-fry evenly.
