1 piece of tofu. 100 grams of pork.

Salt to taste. 1 scoop of light soy sauce.

2 cloves of garlic. Cooking oil to taste.

Water to taste. Method:

1) Wash the cucumber and cut it into small pieces. Cut the tofu into small pieces and set aside. Cut the pork into small pieces and set aside.

2) Finely chop the garlic and set aside. Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add pork and stir-fry until it changes color.

3) Add cucumber cubes and stir-fry until broken, then add tofu cubes and stir-fry evenly.

4) Add an appropriate amount of water, add light soy sauce and salt to taste, and simmer until the tofu tastes good.

When shopping for cucumbers, you should choose cucumbers that are fresh, have smooth skin, and are uniform in color. Avoid cucumbers that are soft, discolored, or speckled, as these may indicate that the cucumber is no longer fresh.
