Add oil to another pot, add diced carrots and stir-fry for about two minutes, then pour in diced water chestnuts and stir-fry, which can be eaten raw and do not need to be fried for too long.
Finally, pour in peas and corn kernels and stir-fry evenly, then add salt and stir-fry, pour a little water and stir-fry a few times before leaving the pot.
2. Lotus root - peanut lotus root pork rib soup.
Method: Soak peanuts for two hours. Soak the ribs for half an hour. A few fungus soaked in warm water.
After soaking the pork ribs, wash them, then put cold water into the pot, add cooking wine and ginger slices, and bring to a boil over high heat to remove the foam. Remove the ribs after processing.
Remove the roots of the fungus and clean it. Peel and wash the lotus root and carrot and cut them into hob pieces. Wash the corn and cut it into small pieces.
Put the pork ribs into the pot, add peanuts, corn, lotus root, ginger slices, pour in enough hot water, bring to a boil over high heat, and then turn to low heat and simmer for an hour.
Finally, add the fungus and carrots and cook for another 10 minutes. After cooking, add salt to taste, and it is ready to serve.
3. Celery – Stir-fried shrimp with celery.
Method: Take out the shrimp from the shrimp, remove the shrimp line, clean the back open, drain the water, then add shredded ginger and white pepper to mix evenly, and marinate for ten minutes.
Remove the leaves from the celery, clean it and cut it into small pieces.
Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, add the shrimp, cook until it changes color, remove and drain.
Add oil to another pot, add celery and stir-fry, fry until it is broken, then pour in the shrimp and stir-fry evenly, add salt and light soy sauce to taste, and you can get out of the pot.
4. Lettuce - Scrambled eggs with lettuce.
Method: Peel the lettuce, remove the white color, clean it, and cut it into thin strips, slightly shorter as well. A little carrot peeled and washed and finely sliced. Crush the garlic and chop it into minced garlic. Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir together.
Add oil to the pot, heat it, pour in the egg mixture, stir-fry into small pieces, and serve.
Reheat the oil, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in the shredded carrots and stir-fry, then pour in the lettuce and stir-fry until the shredded carrots are soft.

5. Cabbage - cabbage meatball soup.
Method: Break off a few slices of cabbage, clean it and tear it into small pieces. Rinse the pork or beef or mutton and chop it into minced meat. Chop ginger into ginger puree.
