3.Braised beef brain marrow:

b.Prepare ginger and shiitake mushrooms, slice the ginger, soak the shiitake mushrooms and slice them.
c.Heat the pan with cold oil, put the ginger slices and mushroom slices into the pot and stir-fry, stir-fry until fragrant.
d.Add yellow vinegar and beef broth, bring to a boil, put the beef brain slices into a pot and simmer.
