In April 2021, Wang proposed to Yin to lease a batch of green plants, and after Yin delivered the goods as scheduled, Wang delayed the payment of the lease fee, and after repeated reminders failed, Yin sued Wang to the court in November 2022, and the court presided over the mediation, and the two parties reached a mediation agreement, but Wang did not pay all the lease fees of 10,560 yuan on time, and Yin applied to the court for enforcement on November 13, 2023.
During the enforcement phase, the enforcement police served an enforcement notice and an order to report property to the person subject to enforcement, Wang, in accordance with the law, and conducted an investigation of the property under his name, but no property was found that could be used for enforcement. The enforcement police contacted many times, and Wang finally relented and expressed his willingness to negotiate with the applicant to the court on the payment of the case money, but on the same day, Wang "released the pigeon" and refused to accept it, and the case was at an impasse for a while.
In order to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of the applicant, at about 6 o'clock in the morning, the enforcement police raided Wang's home and detained him to the court. In the police car, the enforcement police did Wang's ideological work many times, informing him of the serious consequences of refusing to perform effective legal documents, but Wang never said a word. After being detained and summoned to the court, Wang still said that he could not pay the full amount of the case, and the enforcement police made a decision to detain him for 15 days in accordance with the law. Only then did Wang realize the seriousness of the problem and that he would be severely punished by law for resisting enforcement, so he took the initiative to pay all the money by contacting his relatives and friends. In view of the fact that the person subject to enforcement, Wang, had a wrong understanding and the applicant forgave him, the enforcement police lifted Wang's detention measures in advance in accordance with the law. After the successful execution of the case, the person subject to enforcement, Mr. Wang, paid part of the case money in another enforcement case of the court and reached a settlement with the applicant for enforcement in the case, and repaid it in installments.
