It is reported that in order to further implement the action of promoting employment and warming the hearts of the people, Xiuning County has continuously broadened the two-way channels of employment and job selection, established an employment station in the government service center, and provided comprehensive services such as job recruitment, policy consultation, and skills training on a regular basis, providing "one person, one policy" and "one person, one file" precise assistance for the unemployed, people with employment difficulties, college graduates who have left school and are unemployed, migrant workers and other groups, so as to help job seekers find employment early, stabilize employment, and get a good job.
Such "employment stations" are set up and operated in the halls of 21 township service centers in Xiuning County, and are mainly managed by grassroots public employment service personnel. Xiuning County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau pushes the county's enterprise shortage jobs and self-employed odd jobs to the post station every month, and helps job seekers to do a good job of point-to-point docking with human resources intermediaries and employment enterprises with the help of township employment stations, so as to realize the effective transfer of rural surplus labor and let more workers enjoy the convenience of employment.
