In 2024, I have made a list of 14 plans, and I have quantified the list of 14 plans, and the following is my list:

1.Read 50 books intensively

In 2023, I read 36 books, mainly literature and works by Keigo Higashino, and in 2024, I plan to continue reading literature, and then add growth, philosophy, and history to expand my personal knowledge.

Must-read works in 2024: "The Sea of Life", "One Hundred Years of Solitude", "The Moon and Sixpence", "Rashomon", "One Sentence Top Ten Thousand Sentences", "Blade", "The Old Man and the Sea".

Specific implementation plan: read at least 30 minutes a day, read a book every week, and complete no less than one reading note.

Extended direction: Open the reading live broadcast room, urge yourself to read, and get up early to read 20 days a month.

The biggest feeling in 2023 is to write down the books you have read into words, and the books you have read will be remembered in your mind impressively, and in 2024, you will continue this habit, thinking while reading, and improve your thinking power.

Specific implementation plan: more than 1,000 words a day, more free time, to ensure that the two *** can be changed every other day.

Extension direction: Synchronize the articles of the first hundred books to the short book, and at the same time collect, you can also change the total number of words of your own text.

3.Learn photography skills

On weekdays, I don't like to take pictures because they don't look good, and even when I go out to play, I try to take in the scenery as much as possible, and rarely take pictures with my mobile phone.

It's good to see with your eyes, and it's also necessary to shoot with a mobile phone, after years and months, you can use it as a memory, flip through **, and look at the places you have walked and the scenery you have encountered.

Implementation plan: Spend at least 4 hours a week learning how to shoot.

Extension direction: Send the photographed ** to the circle of friends, and start updating the circle of friends.

4.Develop exercise habits, run 150 kilometers, and exercise for 10 minutes a day

Actually, I didn't finish my goal of running 100 kilometers this year, but next year I added another 50 kilometers to myself, in fact, I was thinking about my goal of 100 kilometers, half of which was completed, so my goal of 150 kilometers would be 75 kilometers even if I completed half of it.

Therefore, even though I didn't complete the task this year, I still increased the target amount for myself.

Specific implementation plan: 12 runs per month5 km, run no less than 10 times a month, no less than 1 km each time.

Extension direction: Send a micro-headline every day, post the content of the day's exercise to the micro-headline, and remind yourself to check in in in a public way.

5.Develop good habits, go to bed early and get up early, eat regularly, keep accounts every day, and review every day

Have a regular schedule, get up at 6 o'clock every day, go to bed at 11 p.m., and eat on time.

The total living expenditure budget for 2024 is 20,000, and I plan to return to my hometown next year for development.

Review every day, organize your day with four steps, review the day's plans and goals, summarize the completion of tasks, analyze difficulties and problems (today's gratitude), summarize experiences and lessons (today's harvest), reflect today, and so on.

6.Financial planning, deposit target of 20,000 yuan

Next year, there may be a period of window period, no job, self-income can not keep up, set a small deposit goal for yourself, save more than 1,000 a month, hard work can still be done.

7.Expand your hobbies and try something new

Buy a painting, try to fill in colors according to numbers, do a craft, practice calligraphy.

8.Learn how to dress and improve your appearance

Watch at least one outfit every week**, and learn how to dress with Xiaohongshu bloggers.

9.Participate in social activities and connect with others

I can't speak, I don't like to speak, and I'm not good at socializing, I learn to go out first, and then I will have the back story, I have been living in my own small world, reading and writing every day, and slowly finding that interpersonal relationships are becoming more and more closed.

I watch at least one movie a week, I used to like to watch anti-Japanese dramas, while complaining about the screenwriter's brainless behavior, I still enjoy watching it myself, thinking about it is really a waste of time and a waste of life, and I feel more after watching high-scoring movies.

12.Stay positive

Nothing is unpassable, and all the bad things in life can find a suitable reason to make yourself better, as long as you have a positive attitude.

13.Refuse to procrastinate, and finish the day on the same day

The biggest change this year is that I have done a few things that I didn't think I could do before, such as being sleepy after class and not having the energy to write, so I can start writing first after finishing class and then do other things.

As long as you want to do something enough, put it first, finish it first and then think about other things, things are often done, and those that are put aside and dragged out but not done often end up not doing again.

14.Learn to appreciate every day

Whether it is praising others or praising yourself, I think it is good, heartfelt appreciation of others will make others happy, appreciating yourself can affirm yourself and bring strength to yourself.

Say to yourself every day that you are still great today, and if you are less yourself, life will not be so sad.

In 2024, I have listed two biggest challenges for myself, and they are also the ones I want to do the most, which may be difficult, but I still want to give it my best:

2.Write 1,000,000 words

Both of these are big challenges for me.

Let's start with a deposit of 200,000, according to my deposit this year, there is no big change is about 130,000, 140,000 to die, 60,000 from 200,000, if you don't resign, this goal can be achieved, resignation has increased a lot of uncertainty, it's really not easy.

Then there are 1 million words to write, I calculated, on average, I need to change 2740 words a day, and now when I rest, I need more than 2740 words a day, sometimes more than 4000 words.

But it's not a word count every day, 365 days, every day, and I really don't necessarily have to stick to it, but I still want to try, if I don't try, who knows what the result will be?
