Egg fried rice is a simple and delicious home-cooked dish that is made here:
Materials Required:12 bowls of rice.
2.2 eggs.
3.1 shallot.
4.1 small piece of carrot.
5.Green beans to taste.
6.Salt to taste.
7.Pepper to taste.
8.Oil to taste.
Steps:1Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir well with chopsticks or forks.
2.Wash the shallots and cut them into finely chopped shallots;Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes.
3.Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and heat until it is 50% hot.
4.Pour the stirred egg mixture into the pot and gently stir with chopsticks or a spatula so that the egg mixture is evenly spread on the bottom of the pan. When the egg mixture begins to set, turn it over with a spatula and continue frying. Then serve the fried eggs out and set aside.
5.Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan, add chopped green onions, diced carrots and green beans and stir-fry until the carrots are soft.
6.Add the overnight rice to the pan and use a spatula to disperse the rice so that it is well mixed with the vegetables. Then add salt and pepper to taste and stir-fry well.
