Put down education and training, manage the school well, and the burden of education needs to be reduced!

Don't get in the way of education and training, and take care of your school's own business, it's a blatant burden on students!

Recently, there has been a lot of discussion about how to regulate educational and training institutions. At the same time, as an educator, I am also very much in favor of a comprehensive reform of the education market to create a fairer and better teaching environment. However, as a teacher with many years of teaching experience, I know that the reason for the heavy workload of today's students is not teaching and training, but on campus.

Although many people think that the most stressful for children and the most worrying for parents is the tutoring class, in fact, the pressure on children in school is not much less. Instead of attacking educational institutions, start with education itself. A lot of public schools are shamelessly overloading students with homework, so why aren't they getting the attention they deserve?

First, many students spend more than 10 hours a day in school. How does this situation relieve their stress? The first step in relieving stress is to keep children in school longer.

According to the laws of our country, primary school students must study for six hours a day in school, middle school students must study for seven hours a day, and high school students must study for eight hours a day. But look at our schools, who can do it? Especially since the introduction of the extended school hours, many elementary school students have been in school for more than 10 hours a day, with seven or eight classes a day.

As for secondary schools, this is simply inhumane treatment. If you look at the class schedule, there are 16 classes per day, from 6:20 a.m. to 11:40 p.m., which is more than most workers take, not to mention that most schools have classes on weekends.

Nowadays, children spend so much time in school that they have little to no free time.

Secondly, in order to improve the admission rate of students, many primary and secondary schools have opened elite classes and key classes, and parents' worries are inevitable. In order to ensure that everyone has access to equitable educational resources, it is clearly stipulated that no school shall set up key classes and elite classes. However, in real life, some schools have opened key classes very early in order to improve the admission rate of students.

For example, in order to grasp the source of students, improve the reputation of the school, and increase the admission rate, over the years, many high schools in China have set up key classes and elite classes, and the selection must be carried out before the start of school every year, and the best students and the best teachers are sent to the key classes together. In order to enrol their children in these key classes, parents must enroll their children in various orientation classes during the summer holidays. In addition, some schools have extended the examination period at the primary level and moved directly to the first stage of secondary education, which forces parents to attend remedial classes in order to send their children to school earlier.

Because of such a selection mechanism, many people are desperately trying to make up classes, hoping to be admitted to the top class, which is also the most worrying problem for parents.

Third, now that there are more and more types of exam questions and the difficulty is getting higher and higher, how can students dare to travel lightly? Today, the education community pays lip service"Load off", in fact, is increasing the difficulty of the exam and expanding the scope of the exam. Are we going to raise all our children to be geniuses? At present, primary school students are required to master five subjects: language, mathematics, English, law, and science, while middle school students are required to take more than 10 examinations. What's more, the current college entrance examination does not even test textbook knowledge, but only tests creativity and logical reasoning ability.

In terms of language, less than 20% of the test content focuses on textbook knowledge, and the focus remains on reading comprehension. The same goes for mathematics. There are many motivational problems outside of the textbook that are difficult to solve without practice. In order to get good grades, many children have to attend tutoring classes, especially those from the upper middle class, who cannot keep up with the teacher's progress unless they give up the idea of going to secondary school.

Under the current education system, students don't want to apologize, but they don't dare to apologize. Even if you study hard every day, there is no guarantee that you will be able to keep up with the progress, and even if you are slightly negligent, you will immediately fall behind. Even if you study hard every day, there is no guarantee that you will be able to keep up, and even if you are slightly negligent, you will immediately fall behind.

The grades of each school represent the educational achievements of a place, and perhaps this is why few people are concerned about the amount of teaching and learning in schools. The reason why no one cares is because the performance of the school determines the political performance of a place.

In order to increase the transfer rate, the Ministry of Education in the regions tolerates and even encourages certain schools to do so. Many educational institutions also put a lot of pressure on schools, which in turn is passed on to teachers, who can't bear the pressure and have to pass it on to students. As a result, students have more homework, more exams, and more schoolwork.

This pressure does not come from educational institutions outside the school, but from the school itself. Our children are in overdemand. In short, our school is by far the least likely to stick to the double minus. They desperately squeeze students' time, overload exams, overload homework, keep grading homework, stuff students with a lot of textbooks, and even force students to preview in advance during the holidays. What's more, most of the students' make-up classes are due to strong pressure from the school. For the sake of children's future, we should not only focus on educational institutions, but should manage schools well and let schools implement double reduction!
