In view of the low temperature, rain, snow and freezing weather during the Spring Festival, China Railway Group has taken strong and effective measures to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the main railway arteries. Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Nanchang Bureau Group Co., Ltd. dynamically adjust the passenger train operation plan of Hanyi, Zhengyu, Changyichang, Zhangjihuai and other lines according to weather changes and the principle of active risk avoidance to ensure the safety of passengers; Organize personnel to carry out key inspections on the top of the locomotive, sand spreading device, brake pipeline, etc., and clean the bogie and tread in time to ensure that the equipment and facilities are running well; Major stations have extended their business hours and dynamically increased the number of cancellation and change windows at stations to provide convenience for passengers. Increase the guiding force in key places such as entry and exit gates, ticket halls, and security checkpoints, do a good job in organizing boarding and landing and helping key passengers, lay anti-slip grass mats in main passages, and promptly clean up snow and water accumulation on platforms and steps to ensure the safety of passengers; Increase the reserve of instant noodles, ham sausages, mineral water and other food supplies at stations along the line in case of emergency. Zhengzhou and Nanchang Bureau Group Co., Ltd. strengthened the transportation organization of key materials for the national economy and people's livelihood, such as thermal coal, grain, and festival materials, to provide transportation support for the people to spend the winter warmly and celebrate the Spring Festival.

At the same time, local railway departments pay close attention to the travel needs of Spring Festival passengers, and on the premise of ensuring safety, increase capacity in areas and routes where the weather improves, and carefully provide station and train passenger services to meet the travel needs of passengers to the greatest extent. Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has added 116 passenger trains to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Linyi, Dalian and major cities in the province. Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has arranged 177 additional passenger trains in Taiyuan, Harbin, Xi'an, Hohhot and other directions. Zhengzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has strengthened road-to-ground linkage and set up a comprehensive service team composed of railways, hospitals and volunteers to provide medical assistance to passengers in need. Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. provides free ginger soup for passengers at the service desk of the waiting room of railway stations in Jinan, Linyi, Rizhao and other places, equipped with packing ropes, tapes and other tools to facilitate passengers to pack and send express delivery. Wuhan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has added cold blankets and baby warmers on some trains for key passengers such as the elderly, children, sick, disabled and pregnant. Nanchang Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has opened 114 additional passenger trains in Sichuan-Chongqing, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other directions, and sold bonded goods imported by China-Europe trains on more than 40 high-speed rail trains. Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. strengthens the linkage between trains and stations to provide "one-stop" loving services for key passengers.
