Earquiz Frequencies is a free and open-source software for ear equalization training. Its goal is to help homemakers and other audio professionals or students learn how to listen to frequency bands and consciously adjust the equalizer, primarily for experts, teachers, and students in the audio industry.

The app is based on the d**id moulton world-famous Golden Ears method, and is quite informative. Half of his curriculum is dedicated to developing this important critical listening skill.
The entire training process includes continuous learning and self-testing. In learning mode, you can enhance or cut bands in certain spectral ranges by turning off and on the 1-octave or 1 3-octave graphic equalizer to listen to pink noise or** (or other external audio) excerpts. Then, in Test mode, you'll be presented with a series of 10 similar examples, and you can try to guess which frequencies are raised or decreased, and then you'll get a score.
