I have been recruited by the school for three years now. Everyone is no stranger to one of the three major operators - Telecom, and today I want to share some of my heartfelt words about "Telecom", hoping to give some reference to the small partners who want to come in.
1. There are three types of telecom workers: outsourced workers, labor dispatch workers, and regular workers! First of all, China Telecom, as a central enterprise, has both outsourced workers, labor dispatch, and regular workers, what is the difference between them? To put it simply, it depends on the channel through which you joined the telecom. If it is recruited by the school, it is directly a regular worker, and the labor dispatch and outsourcing workers are contracted by outsourcing companies and some partners, but they only work in telecommunications and do not enjoy the benefits of telecommunications.
2. Telecom is unequal pay for equal work! This is about the salary issue, the benefits of regular workers are much better than those of third parties, and the amount and proportion of contributions are also different for five insurances and one housing fund. Take myself as an example, the school recruits about 2,000 bilateral provident fund for regular workers, and the endowment insurance is also more than 1,600 bilaterally, in addition to the additional subsidy of thousands of medical expenses every quarter.
3. The front-line treatment depends on the leader, regardless of work ability and workload! For front-line positions, leaders only look at those who can "lick", and they will have more money to lick. For non-front-line positions, although workload and ability are not the focus of leadership, these positions are generally far away from home, suitable for young people to choose, and older ones should be preferably close to home.
4. No matter what major, it's the same after you come in! The positions recruited by the school are not the same as the positions to be done in the end, no matter what positions come in, they are rotations, and the positions in rotation are all front-end that are a little better than sales in addition to the cloud network branch, and they need to run customers. (I myself entered the city company, first went to the county company to rotate, did not let the card be sold, very idle but the salary is still paid, really lucky).
5. Discourage telecom salesmen! Although I am not in this position, I often hear colleagues complain that the salesman is a salesman to put it bluntly, and there will be tasks every month, and if the task is not completed, he has to post his own money. A quick summary of what you do every day is:Every day, you can't finish the **, you can't pay the fee, you can't handle the complaints, and you can't complete the tasks. It's really a test of your mind.
6. There are skills in written tests and interviews! I took the test + junior accounting + corporate culture + communication knowledge (I am a financial and accounting post), I didn't prepare much for the exam, and I thought I could pass it (because there were too many persuasion posts on the Internet, and I didn't want to spend too much energy on the written test interview). But he is a central enterprise, I looked at the corresponding written test and interview skills, the written test learned three days of question skills, to be honest, the written test is not difficult, as long as you use the right skills to feel that the question is very fast, the beginning is also very simple knowledge, the interview learned for 2 days, and memorized some words and successfully passed one and two sides.
In short, the telecommunications industry is an industry full of challenges and opportunities, which requires a high sense of responsibility and execution, as well as a positive attitude and a spirit of continuous learning. If you are interested in the telecommunications industry and want to develop in this industry, it is recommended to learn about the relevant knowledge and experience in advance so that you can better adapt to the pace of work and life in this industry.
