In another pot, I heat the water, add minced green onions, ginger and garlic, an appropriate amount of soy sauce, sugar, salt, white pepper and chicken essence, and skim off the foam after boiling. Next, I put the fried lion's head in the braised sauce and simmer it over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes to allow the lion's head to fully absorb the flavor.
Step 4: Serve on a plate**
I took out the stewed lion's head and put it on a plate. Then put the braised sauce back into the pot and add an appropriate amount of potato starch to thicken the soup. Finally, I pour the thickened braised sauce evenly over the lion's head.
