Article 1 Term of the labor contract

Article 3 Working hours, rest and vacation

Article 4 Remuneration for labor

4.The wages paid by Party A include basic salary, post salary, overtime pay, attendance bonus, various subsidies and allowances, etc. Individual income tax shall be withheld and paid by Party A.
5.According to the company's business and production needs, the mechanics are open every month, and overtime pay and subsidies from outside the province are paid as yuan.
Article 5 Social insurance
Party A shall pay social insurance premiums for Party B in accordance with the regulations, and Party A will withhold and pay the part of social insurance premiums paid by individuals in Party B's salary.
Article 6Labor protection, working conditions and protection against occupational hazards
Party A shall strictly implement the national and local laws, regulations and regulations on labor protection, provide Party B with necessary working conditions and labor tools, and do a good job in the prevention of occupational diseases in accordance with the law.
Article 7 Modification, rescission and termination of labor contracts
1.The modification, rescission and termination of the labor contract shall be carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations of the state and the rules and regulations formulated by Party A in accordance with the law.
2.If Party B fails to request the renewal of the labor contract in writing (including text messages such as SMS, WeChat, QQ, etc.) before the expiration of the performance period of this contract, it shall be deemed that Party B will not renew the labor contract under the conditions agreed in this contract.
3.If Party A does not renew the labor contract with Party B, Party A shall inform Party B in writing (including text messages such as SMS, WeChat, QQ, etc.) before the expiration of the performance period of this contract.
4.If the provisions of the Labor Law and the Labor Contract Law are not clear, if Party B seriously violates Party A's rules and regulations, seriously derelicts its duties, engages in malpractice, and causes major damages, it shall be determined in accordance with the corresponding provisions of Party A's employee handbook and rules and regulations.
5.Party B has the right and obligation to understand and be familiar with the rules and regulations publicized by Party A.
Article 8 Liability for Violation of Labor Contract
1.Party A shall bear economic compensation for violating the provisions of the termination of the labor contract.
2.If Party B violates the provisions of the termination of the labor contract, the liability for compensation shall be limited to the following scope:
1) Party A pays the training fee and recruitment fee for it;
2) direct economic losses caused to production, operation and work;
3) If Party A is injured in violation of the provisions of the probationary period and the loss is difficult to calculate, Party B shall bear the compensation of one month's salary.
3.If the specific amount of economic losses caused to production and operation is difficult to calculate, the average salary of the 12 months before the termination of the contract shall be used as the base, and the compensation of one month's salary shall be paid for each full year according to the term of the unperformed labor contract, and half a month shall be calculated for less than half a year.
Article 9MiscellaneousConventions
1.The Employee Registration Form, the Confidentiality Agreement and the written agreement to change or supplement the labor contract are all annexes to this contract and have the same legal effect as this contract.
2.Matters not covered in this contract can be resolved through negotiation between the two parties, and in case of any conflict with the relevant provisions of national laws, regulations and rules, they shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of national laws, regulations and rules.
3.During the contract period, Party B will not be offered part-time jobs from other units. If there is a part-time job, it will be regarded as a serious violation of Party A's rules and regulations, and Party A has the right to terminate the labor contract in advance. If Party A's loss is caused, Party B shall be liable for compensation.
4.The address and contact ** filled in by Party B on this contract are the mailing address confirmed by Party B and the letters and letters sent (sent) by Party A to this address shall be deemed to have been delivered by Party A, and Party B shall be responsible for failing to receive them. If there is any change of address or contact**, Party B shall inform Party A in writing.
5.In case of labor disputes, the two parties can negotiate or mediate to settle them, or they can apply to the Shuicheng County Labor Dispute Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
Article 10Before signing this contract, Party B has read and fully understood the content of this contract.
Article 11Once this contract is signed (or sealed) by both parties, it has legal effect, and both parties shall strictly perform it. This contract shall be executed in duplicate, and Party A and Party B shall each hold one copy.
