This poem was composed in the first year of Chunxi (1174 AD) or the second year of Chunxi (1175 AD) in the Southern Song Dynasty. After graduating from primary school, Gao Ye was admitted to the Zhejiang Provincial Opera School to major in Yue Opera. Since then, he has formed an indissoluble bond with drama. He has a lot of knowledge of Yue Opera, Peking Opera, Kunqu Opera, Wu Opera, Shao Opera, Henan Opera, Ping Opera and other local operas from all over the country, as well as Chinese song and dance dramas**, dances and songs of various periods, and lays a good foundation for his composition. It was also from that time that the desire to compose some Tang and Song poems into music sprouted in her heart.
Gao Ye, who was determined to realize his dream of composing, retired early in 1995. Under the recommendation of his friends Wu Zhanlei, Jin Jiancai, Yin Shula and Mr. Wu Shanming, he began to compose Tang poems and Song poetry.
