For ordinary foods, they often have a long history of consumption, and as a daily diet, they provide us with a variety of nutrients and natural products that are beneficial to health, and usually do not cause harm to health; Health food is a combination of certain functional raw materials, made by a specific process, its content of functional ingredients is high, but it is still relatively safe; Drugs, on the other hand, often do not have a long history of eating, or even brand-new substances, and must undergo the evaluation of safety, effectiveness, and quality controllability before they can be marketed.
