Dig deep into the crux of the problem, deeply analyze, identify the root cause of the ideology, and put forward targeted improvement measures, which are reported as follows:
First, the problem is investigated.
1) Theoretical learning.
1.There is still a gap in the systematic and in-depth study of innovation theories. The contradiction between engineering and learning is not well handled, and many times the busy daily work is used as a reason to relax the theoretical study, especially the important expositions put forward are not studied deeply and thoroughly, and the understanding is not accurate and not in place. They do not have a strong grasp of the ideological system, engage in selective study, and lack a comprehensive understanding and grasp of the theoretical system.
2.Not enough has been done in the combination of learning and application. There is not enough thinking in learning theory, the combination of work is not strong, and there is no effective transformation of learning results into actual results to promote work.
2) Quality.
3.It is not enough to look at the height of the problem from an angle. The vision and height of thinking and planning the party building work of the agency are not enough, and the first attribute and responsibility of the energy bureau cannot be well understood.
4.Acuity is not strong enough. There is a lack of forward-looking judgment and a profound understanding of major decision-making and deployment, and the response is lagging behind, and there is still a big gap in knowing the autumn from the beginning and seeing the subtleties.
3) Ability and ability.
5.The ability to promote high-quality development needs to be further enhanced. In the face of the deployment requirements of high-quality work, how to deeply understand and grasp the actual entry point of energy work, and promote the deep integration of party building and business work of energy institutions need to be improved.
6.There is still a gap in the capacity to work innovatively. It has only been 2 months since I was adjusted from other departments to the party committee of the organ to engage in the party building work of the overall organ, and the familiarity with the party building business work is not high, and many times I am still learning from the advanced experience and practices of other departments and bureaus, and the party building work of the organ of the unit is still in a state of step-by-step progress, and the ideas and measures for innovatively carrying out the party building work are obviously not enough, and the ability needs to be further improved.
