Method: Wash the daylily and blanch it with boiling water. Finely chop the ginger and garlic cloves and set aside. 4. Shredded lettuce
Ingredients: 1 lettuce, 1 chicken breast, appropriate amount of green and red peppers, appropriate amount of minced ginger, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of chicken essence.
Method: Wash and cut the lettuce leaves, cut the chicken breast into shreds, and cut the green and red peppers into shreds for later use. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, stir-fry the minced ginger until fragrant, then add the shredded chicken and stir-fry until white.
