In May this year, the first batch of trainees composed of 39 principals and outstanding teachers of primary and secondary schools in Changzhi City went to Beijing for on-the-job training in 13 key primary and secondary schools in Beijing, including Beijing No. 9 Middle School and Shijingshan School Affiliated to Peking University. During this period, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission organized a training team with rich teaching experience to arrange rich training content for Changzhi students, such as classroom listening, subject teaching and research, and class management.
