In 2004, I officially became a Quyuan teacher. Guide students to use mathematical thinking to solve real-world problems
In the teaching of undergraduates, I adhere to the teaching concept of "improving comprehensive quality and cultivating innovation ability", appropriately infiltrate the important scientific problems in the mainstream of international mathematics and the frontier of discipline development into classroom teaching, combine the intersection and penetration of different branches of mathematics, emphasize the actual background of the problems, highlight the application prospects of mathematics, and continuously improve students' mathematical ability. I use the teaching of "Applied Mathematics" as a breakthrough to improve students' initiative in learning Xi subsequent courses, so that they can gradually develop a good Xi habit of applied mathematics. In the classroom, I infiltrate the abstract and boring theorem formulas into the real practical problems, and form the thinking ability of combining theory and practice based on mathematics, so that students can invisibly realize that mathematics is the foundation of all science and technology, learn to use mathematical language to describe specific problems, and solve problems in reality. Outside of the classroom, I encourage undergraduates to participate in their own scientific research sub-projects, so that students can get real scientific research training and the cultivation of innovation ability, and lay a solid foundation for outstanding students to pursue graduate studies. While cultivating and improving students' innovation ability, I also put forward higher requirements for myself, striving to broaden my knowledge horizon and update my knowledge structure in a timely manner. In 2014, I won the second prize of the Shandong Provincial Teaching Achievement Award for the first application of teaching research results "Research and Practice of Teaching Mode Highlighting the Cultivation of Undergraduate Innovation Ability".

I know very well that a good teacher not only undertakes the responsibility of imparting knowledge to students and cultivating students' ability and quality, but also answers students' questions and guides them at key nodes in their development, so as to help students fly higher and go further. In addition to teaching, I pay great attention to students' academic development planning, and spare no effort to create and provide favorable conditions for undergraduate students to continue their master's studies.
As long as students need it, I will write letters of recommendation for them to apply for the summer camp for outstanding college students, and actively recommend outstanding students to tutors from Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, University of Science and Technology of China, Beijing Normal University and other "double first-class" universities to expand the influence of the college. Over time, this referral process forms a virtuous circle. Nowadays, many college tutors will take the initiative to throw out an "olive branch" and ask me to recommend our outstanding students, and some colleges and universities have specially opened a green channel for our students. 
I have guided a number of undergraduates to successfully secure or be admitted to Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Beijing Normal University, Shandong University and other universities for graduate students.

The ancients said: "Only the sage can give birth to the virtuous". The tutor is the first person responsible for the training of graduate students, and is the guiding light for the growth and success of graduate students. As a graduate supervisor, I feel a heavy responsibility on my shoulders, and I have always guarded every student with heart and affection. In order to lay a good foundation for graduate students and broaden their knowledge, my graduate students will participate in group discussion classes from the second semester, and the third and fourth semesters will be the main seminar class, and the seminar class will be carried out in the form of lectures, and the students will report their personal Xi and progress every two weeks, in order to answer questions and solve doubts in mutual exchanges and collisions of ideas.
In addition to regular group discussions, I often have heart-to-heart conversations with students to understand their research interests and strengths, help them determine their research directions, or point out their shortcomings in specific research, and give advice and guidance on research directions.
In order to better write for graduate students, I combined with the students' proposed submissions to explain the problems and modification suggestions in writing, invited experts and scholars in differential equations and dynamical systems to give reports and conduct academic studies, and funded students to participate in summer schools and academic conferences, so as to build a platform for students to get in touch with cutting-edge research and expand their research horizons. At the same time, I also encourage my graduate students to actively participate in social practice, find the interface between academic and practical as soon as possible, improve their comprehensive ability, and increase their "bargaining chips" for improving their employment competitiveness. During the study period, a number of graduate students published sci** as the first author, and there are constantly master's students who have been admitted to "double first-class" universities for doctoral studies.
After more than 20 years of dedication to the teaching world, I am sincerely happy about the growth and progress of students. I am willing to continue to adhere to the original intention of educating people, teach students to teach the maze, and help students fly higher and farther with love and responsibility.
