After eating, she usually rests.

At first, it was difficult for me to find her appetite at this time, usually saying to eat some fruit, soda crackers and the like, but sometimes she could, sometimes she couldn't, and after half an hour, she started to cry hungry again. I wasn't well prepared, and I often had to try to make something to eat.
From 11 to 12 noon, this is usually lunch time, and I can prepare it on time most of the time. However, sometimes she felt that she was not hungry at this time, and sometimes she felt too hungry, so she added some snacks by herself, and she couldn't eat lunch before she was on the table. Then at 1 to 2 o'clock in the afternoon, he began to cry hungry again.
Drop her off at 12:30 p.m., and I'll prepare a meal or snack for her, fruit, or a big bag anyway. Then start your own work.
From 8:30 p.m. in the afternoon to 8:30 p.m., this is her working time, and she basically doesn't have to worry about it, and she herself is estimated to eat two or even three times during this time.
I was basically tired when I came back at night, and I basically rested after washing. But usually between 11 p.m. and 2:30 a.m., she gets hungry and asks me to cook something to eat.
In this way, in addition to the three meals, it is estimated that there will be 3 to 4 additional small snacks throughout the day. Although it sounds like a lot, she eats very little each time. And sometimes, when she encounters her favorite food, she will also eat more, thus reducing the amount of extra meals. But her preferences and quantities are too difficult to grasp. Sometimes she said she was hungry, and I said it would be done in ten minutes, but when it was brought to the table and I ate two bites, she said she couldn't eat. Sometimes, I ask her if she's not hungry, but when I'm enjoying the cooking, she says she's almost hungry. At this point, I'm pretty devastated. Anyway, during that time, firstly, the preparation was not sufficient, and secondly, I did not control it well, in short, I stayed in the kitchen all the time, either cooking or trying to buy something for her to eat (not to mention not asking her, she didn't know what she wanted to eat). Fortunately, I slowly got used to these later, but I slowly got used to it.

Staple food, staple food is more recommended dumplings, mainly meat and vegetarian matching, can be stored for a short time, more convenient for emergency. Bread is also a good thing, it is better to choose 0 sugar 0 trans, toast can effectively prevent pregnancy. My daughter-in-law is relying on it for support at this stage. As for porridge, it is best to eat thicker, and thin ones may aggravate pregnancy. And then the multigrain category is also a good thing, it depends on what you want to eat.
Fruit. Before, I heard everyone mean to eat more fruits and avoid those that are high in sugar and calories. But the advice I heard from the dietitian was 200 grams of fruit a day, which is about the size of a fist. You don't need to eat too much.
Vegetable. Didn't say, 500 grams a day.
Milk, eggs and nuts. These three are said separately, all three are nutritious and good things, milk can be 1-2 cups a day (low-fat is recommended for drinking more), eggs can be cooked according to the way you want to cook, boiled and steamed eggs are more recommended. Buy nuts that are more popular daily nuts on the market, but not in excess.
Snacks. It is recommended to have snacks with a strong sense of satiety, such as: soda crackers, small cakes, etc., and it is best to choose the one with 0 sugar and 0 trans. As for potato chips and spicy strips, you can also eat some, or you can go to the Internet to find pregnancy snack stores, they have this kind of snack that pregnant women can eat.
Tonic. Some people think that they need to take supplements in the first trimester of pregnancy, such as fish maw and bird's nest. I thought so before. But later, after careful nutritionist, he said that there is no need for special supplements in the first trimester, and if you really want to eat some, it's fine, and it is recommended to eat in moderation when you have a good appetite in the second trimester.
Nutritional medicines, many people (including me) may have heard that they should take DHA during pregnancy, and they should supplement calcium, iron, and iodine. In fact, there is no hurry in this first trimester, and DHA is basically supplemented in the second trimester. It is best to do the corresponding test and then prescribe the right medicine, and don't make up the above things by yourself.
In short, you will inevitably go through the stage of eating less and eating more often, while ensuring a certain amount of nutrition, you still choose to eat more of what you like. Because the later stage of pregnancy reversal is really exaggerated (depending on people, but most of them will have pregnancy reversal, and the intensity varies).
