A new chapter in the workplace trilogy of resignations

Work is a lifelong thing, and a stable job is more important than anything else. These words often hang in my ears, but they make me think.

For me, work is not only a means of livelihood, but also a way to pursue self-worth and growth.

Therefore, faced with a dissatisfied work environment, I chose to leave. However, I have found that leaving the job does not happen overnight, but goes through three stages.

The first is the "reflection period". During this time, I will reflect on my career plan and career direction.

I would ask myself, what do I really want? Does my work align with my values? What do I expect from my future career? This stage requires calm thinking and adequate preparation, and is mentally and materially prepared for leaving.

This is followed by the "Action Period". At this stage, I take action to achieve my career plan.

I update my CV and cover letter and actively look for a job that suits me. At the same time, I will also maintain a positive attitude and continue to learn and improve my abilities in case of emergency.

Finally, there is the "adjustment period". At this stage, I will adapt to my new work environment and job role.

I will integrate into the new team as soon as possible, familiarize myself with the new work processes and rules, and constantly adjust my mindset and work habits to adapt to the new professional life.

I also have a lot of friends who have left their jobs, and their experiences also prove that leaving a job takes time. For example, a friend of mine chose to start his own business after the reflection period. He spent a lot of time and effort preparing his own business plan, which eventually led to the successful launch of his own company.

Another friend is actively looking for job opportunities during the action period and is constantly improving his skills and abilities while maintaining a positive attitude. In the end, he managed to find a job that was more suitable for him. Another friend adapted to the new work environment and role during the adjustment period, and got along well with his new colleagues and became an important member of the team.

Overall, leaving a job is not scary, the point is that it takes time. During the reflection period, we need to reflect on our career planning and career development direction; In the action period, we need to take action to achieve our career plans; During the adjustment period, we need to adapt to the new work environment and job roles.

Only in this way will we be able to successfully get through the departure period and achieve our career goals.
