Use cypress branches, sugarcane bark, tsubaki bark or firewood to smoke slowly, and then hang it up and slowly smoke it with fireworks, or hang it on the top of the firewood stove, or hang it above the firewood stove, and use the smoke to slowly smoke and dry.

Fubon bacon has a bright color, bright red or dark red, transparent fat or milky white, and the flesh is dry, firm and elastic. It can be fried, steamed, boiled, the easiest way to eat is to dry the bacon, cut it into thin slices and code it into a plate, after steaming, the lean meat is red like a rose, the fat is transparent like amber, the cured meat is mellow, and the taste is delicious.

Fubon sausage is also a good cured meat, using high-quality pork forearm meat with delicate meat, suitable fat and lean and excellent taste as the main ingredients, cutting the meat into slices or beating into strips, adding salt, grass fruit, pepper powder, chili noodles and a little sugar for pickling. Then stuff the marinated meat strips into the cleaned small intestine and tie them tightly in small sections, tie a number of pores on the surface of the sausage, wrap them in a circle and hang them on the ventilation beam to dry.
