Li Luming, male, born in February 1968, holds a master's degree, a doctorate degree in engineering, and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Li Luming applied the high technology of manned space flight to the field of medical devicesIt has pioneered the research direction of neuromodulation and successfully developed the first implantable deep brain stimulator for Parkinson's disease in China - brain pacemaker, making China the second country in the world after the United States to design, produce and apply brain pacemaker to clinical practice; He invented technologies such as carbon nano implanted electrodes and brain pacemaker software replantation, and established an independent intellectual property rights system for neuromodulation technology related to brain pacemakers.

Li Luming focused on the needs of major manned space projectsThe invented flexible loading method of chest and abdomen for simulating the launch of overweight loads has been successfully applied to astronaut training and the selection of the second batch of astronauts, and has contributed to three successful manned space flights. The developed neuromuscular stimulator, astronaut mass measuring instrument, physiological signal test box, and astronaut ECG reading device have been equipped with "Tiangong-1", and served astronauts in the "Shenzhou-9" mission, and the astronaut mass measuring instrument was used in the 2013 Shenzhou-10 space teaching.
