The start of construction after the holiday coincides with the recent rain and snow, which can easily cause rainwater erosion or moisture of outdoor bare equipment and cause mechanical or electrical device failure. Therefore, after the holiday, we must attach great importance to the inspection and maintenance of the equipment before starting, after all, "if you want to do a good job, you must first sharpen your tools".
We can start with the following points.
1. Pneumatic pipeline and pneumatic component point inspection.
Compressed air is the main power source of our pneumatic components, and the first thing we need to do is to check whether there is any air leakage in the piping and actuation components of the work site. Because it is winter and the equipment is shut down for a short time, some PU pipe connection points and quick connectors may have air leakage sites, and the switch of the actuator is not smooth.
How do we check this?
A: The air compressor is energized to check whether the main pipeline and components are leaking, and if the air leakage is found, the air leakage point will be treated;
B: Open the ball valve at the end of the pipeline or pull out the PU pipe of the starting component at the end, and blow out the impurities or water vapor that may remain in the pipeline for 5-10 minutes.
2. Electrical part.
a. Measure the three-phase voltage of the main power supply.
b. Check whether the PLC, weighing instrument, electrical components and communication in the cabinet are normal after powering on.
3. Packaging machine and palletizing manipulator.
a. The packaging machine can be bagged and air-blown several times, and the blowing and pat remains to ensure the coherent action of the equipment.
b. Weight validation, check the soft connection with the finished product warehouse.
c. The palletizing line body is manually opened and rotated for 5-10 minutes.
d. The robot changes hands and manually grabs the empty action for 5-10 minutes to preheat the equipment.
The purpose of daily maintenance of equipment is to keep its various performance indicators highly intact through maintenance and other means in accordance with the inherent laws of machinery and equipment, improve its productivity and utilization rate, prolong its service life and save costs.
