Beef is one of the most commonly eaten meat ingredients in Chinese, because it is widely loved by diners because of its variety of cooking methods, high protein content and delicious taste.

The first course: the famous fried yellow beef!
Preparation: Sourcing fresh beef.
We cut the cleaned beef into thin slices, put it in a large bowl, add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of starch, grasp well, and marinate for a while, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat the pan with cold oil, the oil is hot, we add the processed ginger and minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, and then add the beef slices that have already been marinated, and stir-fry until they change color. Stir-fry for about five minutes.
Finally, we add the prepared green and red pepper shreds and onion shreds, season well, and stir-fry evenly.
Finally, we add half a spoonful of salt, half a spoon of sugar, half a spoon of light soy sauce and a little dark soy sauce, season it, stir-fry it again and stir it evenly for five minutes.
Second course: Spicy beef with a fragrant aroma:
We cut the fresh beef into slices, add a spoonful of salt, cooking wine, starch and marinate for ten minutes.
Put oil in a hot pan, the oil is hot, we quickly add ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, and then immediately add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry until they change color. Stir-fry for five minutes.
At this time, we add a handful of processed dried chili peppers and a spoonful of Sichuan pepper powder to taste, and stir-fry evenly. You can also add two more sliced millet spicy.
Finally, add half a spoon of salt, a spoonful of light soy sauce, and half a spoon of dark soy sauce to taste, and stir-fry for five or six minutes until the taste is even.
The third course: oily and attractive boiled beef:
We cut the beef into moderately thick slices, add a teaspoon of salt, cooking wine, starch, grasp and mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.
After the oil is hot, we first add minced garlic and minced ginger to stir-fry to bring out the fragrance, and then immediately add two spoons of bean paste and half a piece of red oil hot pot base to stir-fry the fragrance.
Immediately add an appropriate amount of water and wait for it to boil.
Once the water is boiling, add the beef slices one by one and cook them. (At this time, you can add your favorite vegetables or not.) Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar to taste.
Finally, we pour the cooked dish into a large bowl. Add a handful of dried chili peppers, three peppercorns, chopped green onions, minced garlic, heat a spoonful of oil and pour it on the dish, and the fragrance will come out instantly! Succeed with flying colors!
Fourth course: steaming tomato beef soup:
We cut the beef into thin slices and marinate it for a while with salt, cooking wine, starch and other seasonings.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add tomato paste and tomato cubes to stir-fry until fragrant.
We add an appropriate amount of water, put in the beef slices and cook.
Finally, add a spoonful of salt, sugar, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to taste, stir-fry evenly.
Fifth course: innovative beef burger:
We chop the fresh beef into minced pieces, put it in a large bowl and stir thoroughly.
Then add salt, cooking wine, beat in an egg, then add thirteen spices, a little light soy sauce, an appropriate amount of minced green onion, ginger and garlic, stir thoroughly, and marinate for 15 minutes. The beef is then pressed into a patty shape.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the beef patties, fry until golden brown on both sides, and fully cooked.
Finally, we put the beef patty on the prepared burger bun, then add your favorite side dishes such as lettuce, tomato slices, pickled cucumber, and other seasonings such as salad dressing or ketchup, and enjoy your delicious homemade beef burger!
