This magazine has conducted a survey on the biggest challenges that distributors face in their development, and the results are as follows:
On the whole, direct sellers still believe that the unfriendly social environment and the economic downturn are the biggest challenges at present. It is true that no one can escape under the general environment, but the unfriendliness of the society still requires the joint efforts of our practitioners in the industry, starting from themselves, to form a joint force in order to reverse the negative.
5683% of respondents believe that the biggest challenge in 2023 is that society is not friendly and it is difficult to get in. It is undeniable that due to the long-term existence of some non-standard operation methods in the industry, the public has always had a prejudice against the direct selling industry.
55.51% of the respondents believe that it is difficult to sell due to the economic downturn, and it is an indisputable fact that the public's willingness to consume has decreased. According to public information, China's future economic situation is generally good, and we should be optimistic.
40.97% of respondents believe that there is too much vicious competition in the industry. This is also a major stubborn disease in the industry, including poaching and robbing people, serious product homogenization, the distribution system is gradually outrageous, and even mutual reporting. is born from the same root, why is it too anxious to fry each other?
36.56% of the respondents believe that their own ability and effort are not enough, and this part of the direct sellers are good at positive inversion and looking for reasons from themselves, which is worth encouraging.
29.52% of the respondents believe that the market supervision is too strict and they can't let go. To a certain extent, regulation is also a kind of protection for the industry, and it is also a necessary measure to be taken based on the current situation of the industry.
25.Eleven percent of respondents believe that income pressure is too great. According to the "Knowledge Economy", a considerable number of direct selling enterprises do have an objective situation of high income pressure, so the advice given by "Knowledge Economy" is to start part-time, and wait until the income is relatively stable and mature before full-time.
11.01% of the respondents believe that the company's products or systems are not effective, and the support of the company or team is insufficient. There is no perfect company and system, only the right platform for you.
Many of the above challenges faced by Chinese direct sellers cannot be solved by themselves, but they can be gradually improved through the joint efforts of everyone.
