The Yellow Emperor's Neijing Su Wen wrote: "Spring March, this is called Chen, heaven and earth are born, all things are glorious, lie down at night and get up early, walk in the court, and be slowed down, so that Zhisheng, born and not killed, given and not taken, rewarded and not punished, this spring should be, the way of health is also." Otherwise, it hurts the liver, summer is cold, and there are few elders. ”
Roughly speaking, the three months of spring are the time when all things grow and develop, and all things are thriving. 1. Spring is a good season to nourish the liver.
