Material:

Pork belly: to taste.

Ginger: To taste. Green onions: to taste.

Cooking wine: to taste.

Light soy sauce: to taste.

Salt: to taste. Ground white pepper: to taste.

Vegetable oil: to taste.

Steps:

1. Wash the pork belly and cut it into thin slices, then scrub it with salt and cooking wine several times to remove the fishy smell.

2. Blanch the pork belly in boiling water, add ginger slices and green onions when blanching, and skim off the foam after boiling.

3. After blanching, remove the pork belly, rinse it with water and set aside.

4. Boil a pot of water, add ginger slices and green onions, put the pork belly into the pot and boil again, skim off the foam.

5. Turn to low heat and cook for about 1-2 hours until the pork belly becomes soft.

6. While cooking pork belly, you can prepare seasonings, mix light soy sauce, salt and white pepper powder well and set aside.
